Quality management
In Switzerland, only four PR agencies have systematically structured and precisely documented their work processes, defined final modes of quality assurance, continuously trained their employees in quality aspects, and regularly had their quality management system audited by external experts. Only these agencies are entitled to use the European quality certificate ISO 9001:2000.
