Fees
In general, the agency fee is based on the total time all employees of the agency had to spend on the project, multiplied by the respective hourly fees. Long-term mandates are in most cases based on a retainer agreement (monthly billing of 1/12 of the annual budget). For clearly defined projects, the agency can agree on flat fees if desired. VAT, office expenses, and third-party costs are always additional.

Financial Relations
PR work focused on the dialog group of investors, but also selected PR activities on behalf of companies quoted on the stock and bond exchanges addressed to shareholders, bondholders, financial journalists, and analysts. Instruments are annual reports, semi-annual reports, ad hoc publicity, financial media briefings, conferences for financial analysts, and road shows. Not to be confused with investor relations.
