1. Who will be handling our account? What team structures do you have?
Responsibility for the client will rest with a PR consultant from the project's primary competence area. An additional PR consultant will be available as a deputy in the project team. For strategic issues, the project team includes the management of the agency.
2. Do you work autonomously after project start or do we have to provide a contact person from our organization who is responsible for PR?
PR consulting is our core business. In project implementation, we take a complementary role to our client’s existing internal resources. Wherever we have a specific contact person on the client side, there is a definite increase in project efficiency.
3. We expect reduced personnel requirements as a result of hiring a PR agency. Can you assure that?
For many of our clients we execute all PR tasks and act in their name. Thus, we eliminate the need for an internal PR department and through this, allow significant reduction of our client’s personnel requirements.
4. Do you have your own graphic and web designers?
The Hotz Group from Steinhausen (in the canton of Zug) assists companies and brands with identity management and helps them to communicate corporate information and service information. Besides Knobel Corporate Communications the Hotz Group comprises five divisions, each of which provides specialized communications services under its own respective name: Hotz & Hotz (corporate identity), Screen Concept (information management), Victor Hotz (corporate publishing & print), Sensorial Surroundings (motion & sound), Gate B (brand communications re-engineering).
