1. Will you guarantee that you do not work for any of our competitors?
For long-term clients with whom we have a formal service contract, we provide such guarantee in writing if you would like to get it. In addition, with this service contract, we deliver all intellectual property rights to our services without any additional cost.

2. Will you give us a cost guarantee for the complete project, including third-party services?
Yes, we are willing to agree to a price ceiling, meaning a cost guarantee, for firmly defined, limited-duration projects such as the preparation and creation of an annual report.

3. Are you prepared to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with a penalty clause?
Discretion is a high priority of ours and a secrecy clause is included in all of our employee contracts. If a long-term service contract exists, we are also willing, upon request, to sign an NDA including a penalty clause.

4. Can we set target agreements with you for the impact of PR activities?
In our opinion, setting goals is always expedient. However, targets must be defined with respect to the independence of the media. Therefore, ideal goals include independently measurable changes in the image, perception, public attitude, or the brand awareness. We do not attach target agreements to fees.

5. What are our obligations if we hire your agency?
Working with Dr. Peter P. Knobel AG implies accepting the rate guidelines of the Association of PR Agencies in Switzerland (BPRA). Our clients specifically agree to pay our monthly invoices based upon the agreed budget within 30 days.

The service contract that our long-term clients agree to also includes the commitment that they will provide all information and documents necessary for our services on time. Furthermore, the client explicitly designates which information may be disclosed to third parties. Our clients commit not to work with other PR agencies on the same subject during our contract and to respect the contractual cancellation period in case of contract dissolution.
